RDF HC requirement, bugg?

Im a paladin with dual spec, holy and ret, fresh 80 btw.

i joined normal rdf and ended up in a HC? i joined as both healer {Gs 3219, ilvl 188) and dps {2327, ilvl 166] for each gear set.
How come i end up in a hc? the hc wasnt even available from the rdf menu, but is now after we completed the dungeon. is it because my healer set meet the requirements, andd i joined the queue with that set equipped?

Besides is 2x emblem of triumph reward from normal radom daily, and 2x frost for random hc daily? it says triumphs for both, but i got 2x frost for compleing the hc daily

Sorry for the noobish post, i just want to understand the rdf system.
