TSM - Cannot Run GetAll Scan

I can't run GetAll Scan aka fast scan on my TSM 2.8.3. On the first try it disconnects me after a few seconds. I log in to my account, select a character and when I want to run it a second time I get "running query.. blah blah try again later". It's been almost 25 days since I last managed to scan AH. I've tried with different characters and on another account but the problem persists, I've tried only with TSM without other addons, there's no change, same problem when scanning.
It seems that the server receives a command to disconnect us when we run such scans to prevent spam / flooding?

Feels like it lol, i have always used auctionator and one time in my many many years on warmane i did manage a scan, but i've never managed another. Found tsm and tried that. Just sits there forever and never finishes or gets any data. and yes the first try disconnected me. I know warmane is non standard in terms of AH size, but man it sucks not being able to track this data. Feels a lot like it's blocked server side.

I have the same problem, did you find a solution?

warmane has been around for years. if no one gave a **** to fix it now, they never will. TSM is functional enough but very broken. quite sad honestly.
