My item from the box is gone

Not sure why but my grim toll on my charachter is gone after i got it looted from boxes a day before it got taken away beceause i donated for it cuz i thought you could on store but after i got it faire and square from the boxes it got still taken away is there any chance i could get this back atleast you guys probably thought it was donated again but it is not....
if you could give me back my trinket it would be verry apreciated cuz this makes no sense having to farm boxes you get finaly the item you want and then it gets taken away...

Why did this happen?

First you give bis items for ppl to buy then u take them dont refund coins (i didnt buy anything but friends did) and now this.

Need some atenttion for seasonal because people are leaving.. also 60k honor is ******ed for an item when bg win gives 4k.. this is pvp realm not wow hardcore my god

I was with him when he opened the boxes in his party.. and also in discord, can we get a explanation on why it got removed, or is it an error?
