Stuck at Character List - Disconnected after AUTH_OK (2FA Issues)

Hi everyone, I need help with a persistent connection issue.

Every time I try to log in, I pass the authentication fine, but the game disconnects me immediately when it tries to load the character list. My connection logs show: ClientConnection Initiating: COP_GET_CHARACTERS followed by a disconnect.

What I've tried so far:

I re-downloaded and re-installed the game multiple times, but it stays the same.

My DNS is set to Google (8.8.8.8) and my internet connection is stable.

In the website's Security panel, I get an error saying 'This Two Factor Authentication method is already active', but the game never asks for a code; it just kicks me out.

It seems my account is stuck in a loop where the server thinks 2FA is active but it's not working correctly. Has anyone else fixed this without a GM? Or is there a specific way to hard-reset the security settings?

- make sure that bittorrent client is not running in the background, if it does close it.
- move the game folder to another main directory (ex : desktop or C drive)
- add the game to the exceptions list of your antivirus.
- run the game as administrator
also try removing that DNS set thing, i never use any of it i just use default , maybe it will work.
if nothing work , you can contact [email protected] asking them to check what is wrong with your 2fa verification.
