its added in later WotLK tiers, so technically not "released" yet
I don't think it was added as late as 3.3.5 in original WotLK (remember that it's a 200 ilvl item); plus, it's a 'Phase 1' item in Classic WotLK.
I know Warmane doesn't follow the same progression as the original or Classic, so it would be nice to know when this item will be available.
