Bug ? Arcane shot CD 15 hours

Hi. I have problem with at my hunter with Arcane shot. Show me CD 15 hours. Is it bug or where is problem ? Thanks

disable all your addons and try again .
if its fixed, try enabling addons one by one until you get the same issue again and you will know that the last activated addon is the one causing the issue.

It still doesn't work. I disabled all addons and it still shows me CD 15 hours

Close the game, remove the Cache folder from the game folder, start the game.
