Subject: Refund Unused Change Race Service

Hello Warmane Support,
I mistakenly purchased a Change Race service instead of Change Faction.
The service is still unused and not applied to my character.
Character name: pirer
Realm: Icecrown
I would like to kindly request a refund/cancellation of this Change Race service so I can purchase the correct service myself.

As the faction change screen says, "Faction change is irreversible and not eligible for refund"
