Wasting Raid ID
Im genuienly curious what others think. On two seperate ocasions this week I got added to a raid and after 1 boss and multiple wipes everyone left. Wasting my ID for icc not once but twice *two separate chars*. There should be a penalty for raid leaders that waste peoples ID's. Yes, its a big deal for me as i dont play much and if I do, I wanna do some ICC Runs.
One of the culprits would be Firstholy and other guy Magamak. Its ****ing disgusting how people will waste so much of your time because they put together a group of children that should have been on roblox.
Penalty for ALL time wasters!

That's normal for pug raiding. Need to find a guild that works with your schedule and it will save you a lot of time and frustration.
If you are restricted to raiding in pugs only, then you can weed out the bad ones before the raid even starts. Bad pug raid leaders won't set requirements to join the raid such as GS, achiv or gems/enchants on gear. If you're not seeing those requirements in the message they spam then it's probably a bad group.
Beyond that just inspect the players in the group. If you see a 5.3 guy in a 5.8 raid that's a red flag. If you see poorly geared healers run away. If you see 5.5k group with solo tank solo heal gtfo. It's not difficult to spot. Good raid leaders won't run the raid at all unless the group is clean even if it means waiting. Bad ones will settle for less than adequate and fall short.

The responsibility is on YOU to find people to raid with that you trust. The has a built in system called the GUILD. Find one that is good, join it, play with them.
