I think Lorda is THE best WotLK realm in existance right now.
It's a bit on the low side population-wise at the moment, probably due to Onyxia being in WotLK patch also - but there are still plenty of people playing, so doing raids is not a problem, especially if you are part of a guild.
It is blizzlike 1x rates, so you get to experience this expansion like it was.
The community is a bit smaller, but more tight-knit that on icecrown realm, for example. You can actually make somewhat of a name for yourself and get to know other people quite well.

I did some research before starting to play since I just joined the server, and from what I’ve seen, Lordaeron seems to be the best choice right now. That’s actually why I decided to come here.
