Reporting Cheaters Feels Pointless
Hi everyone,
Recently I reported several players for botting and attached video proof clearly showing suspicious behavior.
However, every ticket I submitted was closed as “successful” or “resolved,” while the reported players are still active in the game.
The strange part is that the videos I provided do not appear to have been watched at all. It gives the impression that the reports are being closed automatically without anyone actually reviewing the evidence.
For example, one of the players was reported on Feb 27 with video proof. After the tickets were marked as “successfully closed,” I reopened them and even submitted additional reports showing the same bots still flying.
Today is March 5, and those same bots are still active.
So this raises a question: what is the point of submitting detailed reports with video evidence if they are not reviewed?
To be fair, I want to mention that one Game Master (Toxicity) did respond quickly and issued a punishment almost immediately, which shows that proper action is possible.
I’m not trying to attack the moderation team, but the current situation makes the reporting system feel ineffective. If players take the time to collect evidence and submit detailed reports, it would be good to know that someone actually reviews them.
Has anyone else experienced reports being closed without action?
Maybe I’m missing something about how the system works, so I would appreciate any clarification.
Thanks.
