Purchase incorrectly made

I was trying to purchase the item "Cursed Vision of Sargeras," which was intended for my level 70 Orc Blackwave rogue. Because of the speed with which I completed the transaction, I didn't realize I didn't have the correct character and sent it to my other character, a level 43 Orc Quake. Could you please help me by sending the item to the correct character? I haven't even checked the item in my warrior's mailbox yet. Could you please resend the item to the rogue? It's hard enough for me to make donations correctly, and I don't want to lose that money. Please help me, don't be mean.

These are the links to the screenshots so you can see the purchase. As you can see, I haven't yet received the item with the character who wasn't supposed to receive it. Can you please help me fix this? =( I've been working really hard lately and I just want to enjoy my favorite game on the best server. It's a nightmare to make a purchase and have it go wrong. Could you help me?

I wanted to do the same thing, I also mistakenly bought it for the wrong character, I wanted to fill it out but there is only a category for banned characters and it won't let me create a ticket, it shows an error.

It's only for coin bought items and only for 24 hours after the purchase. It should be available when both conditions are met. If it isn't there for some reason, contact [email protected] but only if it's indeed COIN bought item WITHIN 24 hours of purchase.
