Turn off VPN / make sure you not using any proxy.
Some VPN Ips are used for botting/cheating/evading some IP bans , so warmane bans those Ips , it is possible that you got one of them.

Yes, l have used vpns in the past, but now lm using normal ips ips, but banned status persists, what can l do?
