Change the Blackrock cooldown reset to occur only when a duel begins, and have the duel start also auto-remove any spells or effects created by using previous cooldowns. This will prevent players from abusing this mechanic to double dip on cooldowns to basically cheat. Currently it makes many duels too ridiculous to even want to play.
