Totallly support, separate 70-74 and 75-79lvl brackets are needed.

The level 10 has 300 or 400 hp. while the lvl 19 twink has 1,8k
That level 10 WILL NEVER AGAIN JOIN A BG after that experience of getting graveyard spawn camped and 1 shotted over and over again.
This has all been discussed many times, and the answer has always been the same: nothing will be changed.
Go play on the official server. No need to kill the 70-79 bracket with your "brilliant" ideas.
Another good idea would be to change all brackets and give twinks an extra important talent.

Level 70 only BG's I could support, but only if there's enough people to keep it healthy enough.
Rest of the ideas here are more about giving twinks better terms to win.
70-74 bracket would benefit level 70 TBC twinks. That 4 level difference doesn't mean much at that range. Regular levelers have much weaker gear on average. It would be a stomping ground for 70 twinks.
75-79 bracket would separate 79 twinks from 70. 79 twinks would have no real competition as average players again are poorly geared and on average lower level than the twinks. Twinks reap the benefit from being at the high end of the level range and the gear they have access to.
And the last +1 level to brackets.. well the idea itself states "give twinks an extra important talent."
A 61-70 bracket means the 70s and 79s dont match up together. Also a reminder that 60s and 70s contribute a lot more to the coin economy than 79s.

Yes give twinks an extra important talent because mostly twinks play at the these low lvl BGs. Unless warmane wants to boost BG exp.
All non 80 brackets have been taken over by twinks. Denying reality wont make the problem go away.
The thing is, official servers keeps upgrading expansions and ruins the twink experiance. Warmane is the best place to play twink.

Twinks do just fine with the current level brackets. There's no real reason to +1 those brackets. Can't imagine people would want to do 10-20 and 30-40 with movement speed disparity between running and 60% mounts and 60% and 100% mounts respectively where the max level players of the brackets, mainly twinks, would have the upper hand with moving across the map and chasing players.

This isn't a bad idea. However, I never understood the concept of level 79 twinks. Kind of a waste in my opinion. I'd like to see a bracket for level 19 and 70 only. Since I play both, I know how much fun they can be. Or maybe a 2v2 for 19's would be cool. You would either be in an extremely long match or an extremely short match. But if they did something like this, I would want to see perma locks on those levels so once you had your first 2v2, you could never level that toon ever again.
Sadly however, you won't please everyone with your idea and you will have to take the negative replies and positive replies all the same. Some people fear change. Some people just like to argue. And some people just don't give a ****.
Personally, I haven't had a single leveling BG queue pop before I either left the queue or just left the game. After trying to level 4 toons, I've just decided to stop trying.
Twinking or not twinking, people just aren't playing leveling BG's. You think letting twinks run rampant is the fix, then everyone not twinking won't queue. You think trying to manage the twinks is the fix and the same thing happens.
Retail is at the point where ZERO leveling BG queues pop, ever. There's not even a point in trying to queue. Separating the XP on/off groups only made it end faster.
If you can't BG level because nobody queues and you can't quest because you're constantly ganked, the server population is 1000% irrelevant.
