recovered account but mounts and pets are gone?

hi.ive recovered my account which im thankful for, But im wondering if its possible to get my mounts (100) mount achievement and all my pets back?

You can't delete mounts, achievements, or pets from a character. Are you sure you are looking at the right account, realm, and character?

im positive they can delete anything.
that said,yes i have the achievements for 100 pets and 100 mounts both show under achievements on this toon.they left 5 pets and 5 mounts.ashes of alar a epic human horse mount my sea turtle mount and a common ebon griffin.
