Unable to Log In After Arena Crash

Hello ,

I am writing to report an issue that occurred during an arena match. While playing with my teammate, the game suddenly crashed for both of us. Since then, we have been unable to log back into the game.

Each time we try to connect, we receive a message stating that “the world server is stopped.” We have both tried restarting the game and our computers, but the issue persists.

Could you please check if there is a problem with our characters or the server, and help us restore access as soon as possible?

Did you get it fixed? Sometimes you have to wait 15 mins or so the log back in.

If you try to connect and it says the world server is down that means the world server is down. You have to wait a bit until it comes back. Nothing you can do about it.

oke strange that all other people are still playing the game but the 1 person has world server down :D

Spetaaah, I just waited around 20-30 minutes and i logged again, my mate too.
Shred, yes usually it's like that but this time it was only us ( me and my team mates) who couldn't log in

we're already waiting for over an hour, still same msg.

World server down for him , I logged his acc same issue.
