"The account must be offline"

Hello, im new to the server and so far its been an excellent expirience. one thing though, im trying to purchase the insta level up from the site, i have the coins.
But a message pops up "the account must be offline". Needless to say the account is in fact offline.

You have to wait 15-30 minutes.

Not trying to get you to not purchase the "insta level up" or anything, but you do know this server has fast XP gains right? You can get to level 80 in 2 days. Just letting you know in case you weren't aware.

I personally use coins to buy gold or whatever else I need.
