Good afternoon! For the past few days, I've noticed that players from South America are experiencing high ping issues. I'm referring to pings of 4k, where we commonly experience disconnections (DCs). The game freezes for about 15 seconds or even longer. This has severely hampered the gaming experience; previously, we weren't having these server problems. I hope you can help us, as we are also the vast majority of players.
This is true, a few days ago my ping also increased, from 250 to 300 and then in a few minutes to 800, reaching over 1000 or even 4000 and disconnecting. I can't play my arenas because of this ping. At first I thought it was my internet, but no, I live in Argentina and I play on Onyxia.
Yes, it's become quite ridiculous considering what's happening. Frequent disconnects, lag that leaves you frozen for 20 seconds and unable to act in the game. It really makes it difficult to play, I say this right after logging into the game.
I just got 8k. Impossible to play.
