Some say that i put too much effort on Raids when trying to get all achievments.
Playing on molten for more than 4 years, and on every raid i feel like its diferent. Is ICC changing that much? Or am i the one who change and improve?
What is hard? What is easy? Where is the challenge?

Fade is recruiting exceptional players only, due to our high population.
This means players with gear, in-depth knowledge of their class, as well as knowledge of boss mechanics in ICC and RS and what their roles are in those fights. More than all that, we are looking for players with a good attitude and that strife to improve and learn.
