Just going to respond to the above post with my own experience. I've raided with JD between 2 and 3 years now. I joined not knowing anyone nor did I really know the content all that well after ~10 years of not playing. Early on .. and still today (just a lot less) I made many mistakes and got chewed out a bit for making those mistakes. BUT I made sure I learned, came prepared, and most importantly I made sure I researched all my specs and did my job. For about the first 3 months I came online and didn't get invited to raid but when I finally did get in I made sure I did my job. Despite making those mistakes early on I kept learning and because of my dedication I became someone who was regularly invited to raid. Because of the patience, dedication and probably most importantly, taking responsibility for the times when I **** up, I've found a group of players that are truly a blast to enjoy the content with.
