I apologize if you thought I meant to offend you in any way. there was no aggressive tone. just stated the fact that even with the restoration of donations, it is still not possible to replenish the account and even contact support
Some people (or some regions?) are having an issue with FasterPay, yes, but Support still can take time to reach all tickets they receive. Yours not being answered since yesterday just means there are that many for the couple of people in Support to handle.
I'm in Australia and support has taken up to a day or so to get back to me which i don't actually think is all that bad and they are quite in-depth tickets. It's going to continue to be an issue for me to cash out but I might just use Gift Cards next time and see if that works.Quote:
