There's info about the r1 tittles and what about MiT rewards ? Like i won item of my choice on first MiT and in my case it was Battle Quiraji tank, are those items going to be refundable ?

That is just the perk they get to enjoy it is as simple as that, it was already accounted for with the initial post by Kaer so it wasn't unforeseen (hence the deadline to restoration). The only possible things I can assume they'd miss out is on any additional bonuses received during the interim, e.g. goodie bags.

i haven't played yet or retrieved my account after the 2nd wipe.. im just waiting till legendaries are available for everyone to purchase may it be at a discounted price or regular price..

I played cata before and all my guildies/friends went to mop.. and seeing mop as it is right now.. mehhh does not interest me 1 bit.

I've got one question. I searched through the thread for the answer but i didnt see one, maybe i missed it, so i'll ask.
I'm willing to refund some items to get shadowmourne, but when i head over to misbuy tab I cannot select any of my items, that is because the refund time had expired. So my question is, is this feature still not implemented or do I have to create a "general request" ticket in order to request refunding? As I understood, people who made 0-5 misbuy claims will be able to create a misbuy ticket, which is in my case 0 items, but I still can't select any of the items from the item misbuy ticket.

Smyth what if you made/donated for full bis expect for weapon due to me waiting for SM. But little did I know back then, they would only allow it for the people who had it back then. The thing is, I HAD it before the wipe. It was on my main account however, I made this toon on my alt account for dualboxing purposes etc. What can be done by this? Can you refund my whole ret pally and let me remake it on my main account. I didn't know you guys would let people who had it before only obtain it when I created my pally weeks ago. Hopefully, you can take some time out and try to help me out.

Ouch, can't recover mine, must have bought it after new year.
