Dungeon finder is disabled , new players joins the server , hows the experience?

What you're suggesting here is called power leveling and is a bannable offense.

That is not what power-leveling is, rather the opposite of it. There is a description of it on the player's code of conduct (http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=65037).

Getting a run through a dungeon from a high level player is completely within the rules because of the experience penalty.
