purchased items don't seem to be sent via in-game mail. Posted a ticket, but curious if anyone else has been experiencing this.

Last year I have donated over 150 euro and now I got 6 points as a gift xD? It would have been better to not give me anything than useless points
Same Issue here, I guess it could be everyone being online for their gifts and using them all at same time resulting in a delay from game shop.
for what is this 10% discount code good for? i dont see anything , where i can use a code for.
You can't use it for legendary items that's for sure. Last year i could buy SM with discount code, this year no more. I wish they would tell us when they change things. :|

Man, if only it was something diferent. Like that one time when they used the same Azshara Crater zone but not for tower defense, but spawned raid bosses with droppable loot. That was like 5 years ago. And to enter it, you just had to use a portal in Dalaran where the graveyard is. And it was open 24/7. Just get a group of 40 and hop in. Can't say anything about the quest since it's not here yet. But the quests for all previous years were all nice.
