One time it took a week and my ticket never got answered, I opened a live chat on the website to ask about some random thing for Diablo 3 and said "Oh hey, my ticket's been up for a week and it has not been answered yet" and apparently it showed up for me, but not them. The game master told me he would see what he could do about fixing it while in the live chat, and about five minutes later i got an email from him and he mailed me the sha loot bag.Quote:
