I confess that I am not much of an alcohol fan. Yes, I am a human and I do enjoy some wine from time to time, or even a cold beer if the summer is particularly hot, but I rarely ever drink anyway. I cherish a good meal over a drink.

Or maybe yours just went away, but you felt like you cheered up? That's one of the two ways depression is cured: you either get over it, or somehow the cause of depression is solved.

You just need to learn how to immerse yourself in something , any form of escapism can help.

To tell you the truth , I go in and out. Sometimes I feel fine, other times it's like the weight of the world is on me and I can't escape. I'm not embarrassed to say: therapist and medication helps. Also, helping out other people...that makes me feel really good, especially the elderly and handicapped. I think of it like this; they got it worse than me. I can do my best to make them happy :D
