I'm targeting myself so you can see the frame&castbar of the target. Combat glow is not applied since i didn't hit the wolf yet, i also darkened the tooltip background and slightly lowered the castbar height but will replace the above picture later if i change abit more than that.
Lightweight ui 3.3.5 (frames, actionbars, ..) changed positioning, enabled glow
