I'm not a big fan of comedy so I'm not the one to give out recommendations when it comes to comedy, but if you want to watch an incredibly good movie with a serious plot twist then watch any movie directed by Christopher Nolan.

Dark Knight series

Insomnia and Memento are all excellent movies and I highly recommend them. The Prestige and Inception completely mind ****s everyone.
