Not adding any Lich King kill to our count until they fix it, but as the encounter is still available and the staff hasn't said anything, there's no reason to not kill the boss as our groups were (and are) capable of doing.
Another crappy LoD today, loot was Oathbinder + Havocs. Intolerant won invincible.
