Yes it is past the limit, you could only do the request if you had 5 or less refunds prior to any request.

Hey i'm curious what happens if i made my current warlock on the wrong account that my rank 1 warlock werent on? cause i am kinda confused to which account is which after i had to remake the acc names over 2 times, do you check IP's for each account and see where their main IP is coming from and from there i can get my titles or do i have to make a warlock on the proper acc (Idk which one it is)
Hey so I was wondering what happens if you have like enough coins in your account to buy shadowmourne but say you bought a weapon (oathbinder) as a replacement for it already. Is it possible to ask for a refund of my oathbinder? Coz if I just get my shadowmourne back. Then my previous weapon is gonna be in my bag unused.

Hi, i saw you are only giving Shadowmourne back to people that donated until December 29. What about other people? i know you don't have records after that date, but, if i have enough proofs? i can get it back? i already sent ticket 3 days ago and no one answers me. I will be patient cause i know you have a lot of tickets, i'm not complaining about it, but, is it possible for me? look at this proof, i recorded when i bought my Shadowmourne on January 7.
