I played wrath on retail but I was a 60 Twink, so I never got to experience endgame and by the time I wanted to level to 80 Cata came out so I quit.

if cata was the first time u pvp'ed, i'm almost sure you won't enjoy wrath as much...

Cata was the first time I PvP'd at end level. I used to BG back at 60 on my hunter ^^ full High Warlord set with some AQ gear, was really fun as a BM hunter.
