I'm an achievement whore. But ssshhhh!!
1) I used to think blood elves were cool till they became overpopulated
2)I was and well still kind of a clicker
3) At first I didn't know how the rolling thing works on raids
First time I played WoW, my friend was talking about this epic raid where I have to fight a demon (Illidan) and I was so hyped nerd chills were going down my spine. He even showed me what the place looked like (Shadowmoon Valley, but I didn't know its name prior).
Made my char, didn't even know that I needed to quest and the only thing in my mind was to go to Shadowmoon Valley (still didn't know the name). I remember the guy mentioning Stormwind, and thought it would be an epic boss place so my first 3 hours of WoW was looking for that place to raid. Of course I started in Teldrassil and well... yeah my quest to fight Illidan began at level 1. As well as being lost for the next 3 hours.
When I finally reached Stormwind, I didn't even know that I was in SW and kept looking as well... shouted a lot at my friend only to be facepalmed at.
First time I played WoW back at vanilla I lvled up to 60 by killing mobs, ONLY by killing mobs. This was on a p-server so the rates weren't x1, but still.
Then I went to Blasted Lands and ganked players, and killed mobs for gear. I actually thought that was the "idea" of the game. Did that for weeks until I finally realized it was more to the game then killing mobs and ganking.
/facepalm
my 1st time when touch wow was 1.5 patch free server.. i was hunter but i didn't know they use bows/guns/crosbows and i i lvled 48 lvl without using a ranged wep only with raptor strike :D and my staff :D
When I levelled a warlock up on another private server, and I got to naxxramas. They asked me to open a summoning portal and I was like WTF is that?
Since then I only play o low rates servers because that way I learn how to use my char before reaching level 80.
When I first joined WoW, and had absolutely no idea how to leave Northshire Abbey. I was stuck there for about 10 days.
had a warlock with a hunter staff for 3 months.
When i started playing wow then after lvl ~25+ i found out that quests exists in this game and my first dungeon was Molten Core because i was playing on some fun server and didnt know about any other xD.
When I first started playing WoW, I had absolutely no idea what to do. My first character was a hunter, and I went without having a pet for at least until level 20 because I didn't know what quests were. I grinded the entire way.
Don't have one,sry.
back on retail when i was like 7 years old, I played W.o.W for 6 hours and only got to level 2...
Back in vanilla at level 20, I would try and sell grey items on the AH :P
sitting in silvermoon inn eating/drinking like role player
Actually Playing WOW
