Diet log :
Day 1 : Ate fresh steamed vegetables
Day 2 : A bit of lean steamed beef won't hurt
Day 3 : Potato chips just for a day.. how bad can it be
Day 4 : A single glass of coke won't harm.
Day 5 : *crying in mcdolans*
I'll never be able to do this... I really want to lose that last annoying bit of body fat and start showing my abs, but I can't....

If I gave you a pic of me shirtless when I started versus now, you'd say it's not the same guy... And I've been working out for < 3 months... I can't wait to see more and more progress... Days just seem to be brighter when you're more confident in your looks, but I've always had this self-esteem issue.. Hope it keeps going away as time passes ^.^
(not boasting, hope it doesn't seem that way.. just wanted to share my happiness .-. )

Haha well, congrats on your progress. I've been working on getting in shape since September or so, and I know what you mean about feeling way better about yourself when you see some progress. I'm still not where I want to be, but I've better self-esteem and feel better physically, too. And I'm spending less on food lol. If you're having a hard time getting leaner, don't forget that your caloric needs will change and you might have to start eating less to continue losing weight (I assume that's what you're trying to do if you want visible abs).
Also I think a cheat meal is better than a cheat day
I want to start to exercise but damn it soo boring. How do you guys start? I'm not fat but it feels like if I don't exercise, it's still going to harm me one way or another but fk its soo boring.
