That's TukUI with a few addons (most important are Bartender, BW/DBM, PowerAuras, DoomCooldownsPulse, RaidCooldowns, BossMods:TTS, TidyPlates, Quartz and Cooldowns). The buff/debuff addon is Satrina Buff Frame.Quote:
