My problem is, that I was never into games like that at all. For some reason, first person single-player rpg-s don't really appeal to me.

I've done research on many games, when searching for something to play, but even when I start them I'll give up after like an hour tops. I specifically despise Skyrim, I don't know why, I can't explain, I like the graphics and all, I've seen a lot of LP-s on it, and I hate it.

The Assassin's Creed series are okay, but I've never gotten around to try them out. Also I've heard little of God of War, but seems nice.

I've played Heroes 5 back in the day, not much though. I LOVE the Battle for Middle Earth games, 1 and 2. but the first one better.

And since I'm reading Forgotten Realm books, I'll also start thinking about starting some of those old games... didn't see them yet, but I know they're good. I just love the character of Drizzt... I can so imagine myself as him...

If you don't mind older games, Neverwinter Nights is the only series that I know to use this setting. NWN: Heroes of Underdark, is the one that deals most with Dark Elves, but all of their games are good imho.

If only En Masse didn't block Asians on their servers. GameForge is lacking.

The one problem with the Elder Scrolls games is that the animations are horribly, horribly outdated in quality even for the time the games were released in.
