Playing games? You can also use it for Web browsing and **** too. You have five fingers on your left hand that you use while gaming, two on your right. Why not mitigate some of it to a third finger on your right hand? WASD is also very important so the less you have to move your hand the better.

igot 24binds in my mouse and i would never be able to switch to a regular mouse again O_O its just too convenient o.o
