look at the screenshots of the addons options.. theres a lot more that SA does & i think it was only for 3.3.5a because gladiatorlossa didnt support thatQuote:

Known issues:
Vanish sound alert doesn't work - haven't fully looked into it but it's likely to be a server bug
Interrupt sound alerts doesn't work - server bug report
Please report any back with any feedback regarding the addon update, I've changed the addon code base quite a lot to accommodate for 4.3.4.

This is pretty good if you can't get a version of GladiatorlossA goodjob trol!
Will be rolling out a few fixes regarding enemy/friendly detection for Cataclysm.
- Fixed quite a few spells such as Bladestorm, and a lot of the spells up in the cooldown abilities.
- Added the sound alert to see if your target/focus CC debuff is down regardless of faction. It will come out as "Blind Down/Cyclone down"
