So I just got a call confirming that they received my papers. And the representative kept trying to push me to upgrade my plan to their "same day" plan which would be an extra $250. Thanks for calling and asking if I would like to upgrade and thanks for letting me know when my passport will be coming in. But if I tell you that I don't want to upgrade, just confirm it. Don't get pissy with me. If I miss my flight, ah well, not your problem. Especially since you already did your job calling me and suggesting that I should get the upgrade. I still can't believe how quickly her salt levels were rising every time I said no. I wonder if she gets commission for selling upgrades.
