Is there a GS/LVL requirement ?

Because I am new to M-wow, and currently lvl-ing, cam back from a Cataclysm server after the LK nostalgia bumped into me and my budds so we decided to come on a fully pve scripted server. So we came here.
l
As for me, I am a very experienced LK player myself, used to play LK on retail did almost a full clear except LK and Sindragosa on heroic difficulty. As for my class(Resto druid) I can play it at it's max.
