I am using also MobInfo addon. Nice tool. :-)

MobInfo-2 is a World of Warcraft AddOn that provides you with useful additional information about Mobs (ie. opponents/monsters). It adds new information to the game's Tooltip whenever you hover with your mouse over a mob.

RecycleBin is the best one out and I just re-uploaded it a month ago with updates to work better than ever and be 3.3.5+ compatable

Hard to say "Exact" either Prat or Chatter can look just like that it's all in the settings.
