And regarding ping, on EUNE I get about 35 ms, on EUW 50-60 ms... NA 150+
If you want to find better skilled people, go EUW. Most Romanians who know how to play roll on EUW because EUNE is full of incredibly bad balkan/russian/polish players who only speak their native language, so 0 communication....
You won't get in trouble... Everyone doesn't choose their country which has the VAT thing...

The main zelda team was probably working on a new game, while the head honchos gave the separate company what they need to do and they did it.
