Shaman restoration dilema (wotlk pve)

Earthliving glyph is much better than riptide glyph when it comes to pure HPS. Glyph of Water mastery is ****, it's literally additional 30/45 mp5 compared to boosted EL that does at least 7-10% of your healing, if not more sometimes. (looking at you BQL).

But there is 1 negative moment. At 25m raid we have at least 1 restor druid and 1 holipriest which using hots all the time. ANd Glyph icreasing only proc chance (from 20 to 25). It healing less then ratitude hot and much less then Druids hots. I got rapitude only for increasing flash effect of this, not hot.
Earthliving plyph gives same hps as Glyph of Healing Stream Totem(but only when you geared 251+ and gemming SP + hast)

I'm not entirely sure what ratitude / rapitude means but I'll assume you meant "Riptide"
I assume you are not a native english speaker so I'll try to write this post in simple English.
Yes, Earthliving weapon is healing less than Riptide.
Yes, Earthliving weapon is healing less than druid hots.

But it is still healing for more than an increased riptide/healing stream totem heal:

Here are some restoshaman basics:
Resto shaman's main priority spell is chain heal. Chain heal is pretty much the only spell they should use in any raid, especially 25man raids!
Riptide should only be used when you have to move. For example on Marrowgar encounter.
Chain heal heals 4 targets for about 15k-3k, riptide only heals 1 target for about 5k instant and a little bit heal over time (HoT).
And this HoT heals less than druid hots! (even if you add instant heal + HoT)

Earthliving glyph increases the chance for Earthliving weapon to procc.
This chance is only increased once when you use riptide.
It is increased 4 times when you use chain heal. (remember chain heal heals 4 targets)

This is an additional heal same as the Tier10 4 set bonus (critical chain heals will evoke a HoT).
By that, 1 chain heal can generate up to 8 HoTs.

These HoTs will heal contemporaneous as druid /priest hots.

Healing stream totem only heals your own group.
Healing stream totem heals only people that stand in range of it.
It heals for maximum 400.
The glyph only increases the heal by 20%.
This is by far not as much as the heals by the increased chance of earthliving weapon to procc.
Especially since chain heal is a so called intelligent heal.
It prefers to jump to targets on low HP, so the HoT will be applied on those who actually need heal.
Healing stream totem heals everyone in your group permanently and doesn't jump on anyone else, causing a huge percentage of overheal. (you can check that in recount/skada)

Conclusion: Glyph of Earthliving weapon is by FAR better in ANY situation (pve wise).
