Why would you use an ability with high engery cost, positional requirement when you can hemo?

Don't overcomplicate rogues, Warmane rogues cant handle it.

Maybe because it does more damage and has a higher crit chance? Hemo should be only used to maintain Sanguinary Vein buff or if you can't get behind your target for some reason but mindlessly spamming it seems really dumb. You shouldn't really play the hemo spec unless you're experiencing high latency that you can't get behind your target, or if you're completely new to the rogue class :)

how else can rogues compete with 20k censure dot ticks and 50k lava lashes
