Remember remember the 25th of November.

It will be ported over when the core is ready for that. Sure you don't want to be unable to play ICC in Ragnaros or Deathwing.
It may take a bit until the raids are ready, but it'll be worth the wait -- you'll be playing on an almost perfect core.
