I really hope they don't take that stupid decision of making another realm.
I agree that there's a lot of player queuing while the server is still on vanilla and when it goes to wotlk if would be insane. But meh ques are fine I guess. It will promote people to donate for premium accounts and help the server maintenance bills.

Do premium members not get the ability to skip the queues on Lordaeron?
Seeing how lordaeron handles 7k players makes me wonder why don't they merge the 2 high rate realms after they update them to lordaeron core.Everyone loves highly populated realms..
Classic community. Give them a small finger, they bite off a hand.
5 Days ago Lordaeron reached the Population of 7000.
10 Days ago Lordaeron was at 6000.
20 Days ago it was at 4000. (I think, but you get the point).
A month ago, there was no Lordaeron. Not even a full month has passed... Yet here you are, complaining about Queue. Guys... it's Sunday, peak hours, no school, no work (for some), people are FREE. It's probably the best Wotlk server out there, with only Vanilla content released, people are Raiding BWL, AQ, MC etc. Over 9000! (Yes I just did.) were waiting for that, to get that Old school feeling when playing Wow, so it's no surprise there's Queue even on 7000 cap. Give it a week, or two. Let them test out the realm with this kind of population, especially after TBC release, if everything works out fine, they'll increase it to 8000 or 9000 or 10000. But they can't just go and do it... it takes time. So stop all of this *****ing about half a day of Queue...
I feel slight input lag when realm is full and everyone have slight freezes now and then, I dont think raising the cap is good option.
I would rather lock the server to 6K and enable premium queue skip, because the anti-DDOS system is disconnecting random people all the time, who then have to bear with queues. That ain't cute. Especially during a raid.
What do you suggest to do if Deathwing's 'Billy' and Ragnaro's 'Billy' are both active players? If they merge the realms, only one Billy is gonna exist. Who's gonna have to rename? The only "solution" to that would be reset everyone's names and "re-launch" a merged realm and whoever names it first, gets it - which is also lame. Conclusion: most likely not gonna happen.
