Longest Bg queue ive ever seen as horde was 7 minutes, (usually evening and late night servertime) of course different times of the day can affect this.
Also if theres a crap ton of premades queuing on say ally side, both sides queue time can incraese beause random horde players stop queuing as they are fed up for being farmed by said premades, allies have to wait longer as therer less horde queuing and vice vesra.
