you can always just grind mobs in zangarmarsh... Every 20 mobs are equivalent to one quest. So it comes to whether or not you think you can make questing faster than grinding despite 203923892832 players questing with you.

Me, I'll just go to a zone and grind mobs. Should be able to farm mobs even in terrokar at a decent speed. Probably like a lvl every 2 hours +/- , sounds faster than the **** feast lag over crowded hellfire that will be

Problem is...these mobs you are grinding on...pretty sure they are in someones quest...

Dungeon farming here we come.

I doubt that you'll be able to just grind mobs in peace, because the whole Ouland will be swarmed with people... thousands of them, everywhere, not only in Hellfire.
Maybe off peak, when there's max 3K online... maybe.
