I think that the biggest problem with horde is that they have one or two bots in every bg, you might wanna start reporting them if you care about winning. Also people who start flaming and crying in bg chat are only killing the vibe for other players, so instead of doing that you should look in the mirror and try your best. This goes to both factions though, Im sitting with little over 50% winratio so cant really complain.
