Honestly i think you wont enjoy this server much. PvE guilds are either on retail or only active on reset day for one or two runs then gone again. Pug raids ask for about 510+ ilvl and 120k dps (on a dummy that dosent force you to break rotation or do something else during a fight wich i consider not reliable). I myself am a raider and can honestly say that ive done way more PvP than anything else. A week of pvp will get you about 500 ilvl and it honestly isnt much different than pve other than you have more targets and time. Flag carries are your bosses, healers are the dangerous mobs you need to kill, dps are the ones you kill when the others are out of reach or not present in the enemy team or the bg is not a capture the flag type.
