Blizzard SkillCast UI Disabled

The issues persists, I have a bugtracker ticket made. It says unconfirmed

Definitely confirmed bug, every DK! has that problem. Can't see mount-ups, hearthstones, base capping, .unstuck.. etc

Odly enough army of the dead gives me a cast bar

Same problem with me only at my DK char. no problem with others, i don`t use any castbar addons and there is no addons.txt at WTF folder. This is happening with both with just the 5.4.8 exe and with 5.4.8 client.

Same here on DK. Q.Q

1. I used that one at first and it didn't work on that. I disabled all addons and even deleted the layout-local.txt for my DK and still the same.
2. Then I used the dedicated 5.4.8 client from Warmane without any of my addons installed yet and still the same. Then I copy/pasted addons(meaning not from my 5.4.2. client) into the 5.4.8. client(some which were updated for the patch) and still the same.

For DK's this was a serverside issue, a fix has been created and will be applied soon.
